This fixes an issue when the file doesn't have a registered owner in
the passwd database, but we still tried to print it. We now check if
the entry exists before we try printing it.

kiss-readlink will no longer fail if the targeted symlink doesn't
exist. This is similar to how 'readlink -f' works. The previous
behaviour was similar to 'readlink -e' from coreutils, i.e it wanted
all targets to exist.
