See https://bugs.busybox.net/show_bug.cgi?id=8411 In particular, this interferes with unpacking of busybox-based filesystems with links like "sbin/applet" -> "../bin/busybox". FEATURE_GETOPT_LONG made dependent on LONG_OPTS.
