Use "shell" macro in CFLAGS
When CFLAGS contain "`cmd`" construct, the "cmd" command is executed every time
when make issues shell command with expanded CFLAGS. Using "$(shell cmd)"
instead forces make to expand output of "cmd" into CFLAGS.
